مراسم گرامیداشت 7 آذر روز نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران بعد از ظهر امروز با حضور امیر دریادار حبیب الله سیاری و جمعی از پرسنل این نیرو در گلزار شهدای بهشت زهرا و در محل یادمان شهدای نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران برگزار گردید .

در این مراسم فرمانده نیروی دریایی ارتش حمهوری اسلامی ایران ضمن قرائت فاتحه به روح طیبه شهدا با اهدای گل بار از رشادتهای شهدای نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران تقدیر و سپس از نیروی مستقر در محل سان دیدن کردند .

از حاشیه های جالب در این مراسم دیدار پدر شهید علیرضا افشار خبرنگار شگفتی ساز سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران با امیر دیادار حبیب الله سیاری بود که در این دیدار فرمانده نیروی دریایی ارتش ضمن دلجویی از پدر شهید علیرضا افشار برای شادی روح آن شهید  ضمن قرائت فاتحه و علو درجات از خداوند متعال مسئلت نمود.

لازم به توضیح است قبل از این مراسم کارکنان نیروی دریایی  ارتش با حضور حرم حضرت امام خمینی ضمن قرائت فاتحه  و اهدای گل یک بار دیگر با پیمانهای رهبر کبیر انقلاب تجدید پیمان کردند.

به گزارش روز چهارشنبه پایگاه اطلاع رسانی شبکه العالم؛ بر اساس بیانیه دادگاه بین المللی کاسیزی به دلیل شرایط جسمانی از سمت خود بعنوان رییس این دادگاه استعفا کرده ولی بعنوان یک قاضی در اتاق استیناف این دادگاه به کار ادامه می دهد.

"دیوید باراگوانت" با پیشنهاد "رالف الریاشی" نایب رییس دادگاه بین المللی ویژه لبنان، و کاسیزی رییس سابق، بعنوان رییس این دادگاه تعیین شده است.

باراگوانت پیش از این علاوه بر وکالت، قاضی دادگاه عالی و همچنین قاضی دادگاه استیناف نیوزیلند بود؛ و برای مدتی نیز ریاست کمیته قانون این کشور را برعهده داشت.

New strikes hit Greece on Tuesday as the government finalised talks with its EU-IMF creditors on additional spending cuts to secure payment of a bankruptcy-saving loan.

Civil servants blocked the entrance to several ministries, teachers and municipal staff walked out on their jobs and a key refinery began a protest shutdown ahead of a general strike on October 19.

Hospital workers and prison guards will go on strike later this week while Greece's tax collectors and bank workers plan stoppages next week with lawyers also threatening to join the fray.

Public sector workers are up in arms over pay cuts and government plans to put at least 30,000 on temporary leave this year, on top of cuts imposed last year to rein in a budget deficit five times over the European Union ceiling.

Lawyers, pharmacists, taxi owners and other self-employed professionals are protesting against a parallel deregulation drive to improve the competitiveness of the gridlocked Greek economy, which is in a deep recession.

Another strike by garbage collectors that began last week has left the capital Athens strewn with trash heaps.

The spending cuts and reforms are mandated by the EU, International Monetary Fund and European Central Bank, which in 2010 bailed out Greece with a 110 billion euro ($160 billion) huge loan.

Unions say the creditors are also pushing for cuts to the private sector minimum wage, currently at 750 euros, and a revision to collective labour agreements.

The international trade union confederation condemned the plan on Tuesday.

The number of children in absolute poverty in the UK will rise by 500,000 to 3 million by 2015 due to government cuts, the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IFS) warned Tuesday. 
 
The IFS, the UK's leading public finance thinktank also reported that there will be the biggest fall in middle-income families since the 1970s.

In a bleak assessment of government changes in benefits and taxation, it said that by 2020, 3.3 million young people – almost one in four children – will find themselves in relative child poverty.

The increase will leave Britain on course to miss legally binding targets by some two million to reduce child poverty by 2020.

'Absolute and relative child poverty are forecast to be 23% and 24% in 2020–21 respectively. These compare with the targets of 5% and 10%, set out in the Child Poverty Act (2010),” the IFS said.

'This would be the highest rate of absolute child poverty since 2001/02 and the highest rate of relative child poverty since 1999/2000.' it said.

A child is considered to be in relative poverty if he or she lives in a household whose income is below 60% of the average in that year.

The government plans to introduce a Universal Credit scheme to reduce poverty, but the report warned the effect will be swamped by the 'large decline in real incomes” and the new slower system of uprating means-tested benefits.

It warned that average income is expected to fall by around 7% in real terms – the largest three-year fall for 35 years – in the years just before the new welfare system is brought in.

   

بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اعلام اینکه رادیو و تلویزیون در اطلاع رسانی اصلاح پول ملی از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار بوده ، تاکید کرده است باید بیش از پیش از ظرفیت ها در این باره استفاده شود.

به گزارش واحد مرکزی خبر ، نتایج ماه دوم "پرسش نامه بررسی اثر حذف صفر از پول ملی" در پایگاه اطلاع رسانی " طرح اصلاح پول ملی " در فرم نظرسنجی پیرامون Reform.cbi.ir تشریح شده است. بانک مرکزی همچنین نتایج ماه دوم نظرسنجی از مردم درباره اصلاح پول ملی را اعلام کرده است که بر اساس آن حدود 51 درصد افراد شرک کننده در نظرسنجی با حذف 4 صفر از پول ملی و 64 درصد با گردش موقتی همزمان دو پول جدید و قدیم موافق هستند. همچنین 53 درصد افراد یک تا دو سال را برای همزیستی این دو پول مناسب دانسته اند. برای گردش همزمان دو پول قدیم و جدید در عمل نیز بیش از یک سال زمان نیاز است و مردم اطمینان خواهند یافت که زمان کافی برای تطبیق اطلاعات خود با پول جدید دارند. به طور معمول 8 تا 10 سال زمان برای تعویض پولهای قدیمی با پول های جدید در نظر گرفته می شود تا از هجوم به بانک ها برای تعویض پول که آثار روانی بر جامعه دارد جلوگیری شود. مقایسه این آمار با آمار نظرسنجی ماه اول نشان می دهد که همچنان بخش عمده شرک کنندگان در نظرسنجی با حذف 4 صفر از پول ملی موافق هستند. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی، برای طراحی پشت اسکناس به ترتیب "چهره دانشمندان، نویسندگان و شعرای ایرانی"(با سهم 35 درصد)، "سمبل های ملی"(با سهم 24 درصد) و "اماکن تاریخی، باستانی و مذهبی"( 22 درصد) را انتخاب کرده اند. از جامعه آماری مورد بررسی، 59 درصد با مشابه بودن طرح، رنگ و اندازه اسکناس های جدید با مبلغ مشابه اسکناس های قدیم و 58 درصد با نام های "تومان" و "ریال" برای واحد اصلی و فرعی پول مخالف هستند. مجموع نتایج این دو گزینه بیانگر اشتیاق شرکت کنندگان در نظرسنجی برای تغییر اساسی در نظام پولی کشور است. نظر موافق شرکت کنندگان در نظرسنجی برای نام اسکناس برای "پارسی" و "تومان" به ترتیب 45 و 43 درصد بوده است. برای سکه نیز 39 درصد شرکت کنندگان با "دریک" و 21 درصد با "ریال" موافق بوده اند. همچنین درخواست شده است نام دیگری برای واحد اصلی پول ملی (اسکناس) و واحد فرعی آن (سکه) پیشنهاد و قید شود. بیشترین پیشنهاد در خصوص موارد مذکور نسبت به نتایج ماه اول همه پرسی ، تغییر محسوسی نداشت : الف- برای واحد اصلی (اسکناس) : در (مروارید)، زر، آریا، دارا، عباسی، ایران، ایرانی، مهر، اشرفی ، کیان، فجر، نور، تات، پارسه ،کوروش و جم. ب- برای واحد فرعی (سکه ) : بهار، سیم، نیک، خلی جفارس، امامی، دانا، سینا ، قران، رجا، خاتم، کوشا،کوروش و پردیس. پیشنهاد شده است. حدود 67 درصد از افراد شرکت کننده در نظرسنجی با افزایش سهم سکه در مبادلات مالی جامعه مخالف هستند. به نظر می رسد پاسخ ها بیشتر ناشی از قطع های نامناسب سکه در گذشته و عدم کارآمدی آن ها در انجام مبادلات باشد که باعث بروز دید منفی به سکه شده است.

IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tuesday that effects and blessings of Egypt’s revolution would spread worldwide after the establishment of a popular regime in that country. 
 
The President made the remarks in a meeting with the Iranian governors.

He referred to Egyptians as a great nation that was one of the sources of civilization and culture in the history.

Referring to the increasing waves of Islamic awakening in different countries, President Ahmadinejad said popular uprisings were under way in most of the world countries, Egypt in particular.

However, stressed the President that big powers, the US in particular, were against popular movements as they believed that their victory would lead to “establishment of popular governments which are against the US and the Zionist regime.”

President Ahmadinejad urged “freedom-seeking nations to stay vigilant and take care of their own revolutions as there are colonialist hands acting behind the curtain” to prevent them from attaining victory.

He stressed that all freedom-seeking nations would finally pursue their historic dream which was to bring about a fair, sound and monotheistic system.

Thousands of Palestinians gathered in the occupied West Bank to commemorate the martyrdom of a Palestinian who was killed by Israeli forces in 1976.

The mourners carried a coffin which contained the remains of Hafiz Abu Zant, who was killed by Israeli forces in 1976, a Press TV correspondent reported on Monday.

The remains of Abu Zant were transferred to West Bank on Sunday afternoon.

Abu Zant and his two companions, Mashour al-Arouri and Khaled Abu Zayyad, who were members of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), were killed in the Jordan Valley during a military operation named “Lina Nabulsi.”

Nabulsi was a Palestinian teenage girl killed by Israelis in 1976.

The remains of al-Arouri had been transferred from the Israeli occupied territories several months ago.

“The Palestinian people always remember the martyrs and commemorate their glory. They gathered once again in a massive scene. A scene that is emotional, religious and national. This is a memorable day,” said one of the mourners.

It is believed that the bodies of “more than 350” Palestinians killed by Israel in the past 64 years still remain in Israel's Cemetery of Numbers, which is described as “mass graves for Palestinians.”

Anti-Capitalism protesters in the US capital have vowed to indefinitely remain in the Freedom Plaza near the White House.

Maria Allwine, who is also a rights activist, made the announcement as the protesters permit to stay expired on Sunday. They were, however, given until Monday afternoon to gather their tents and leave the plaza.

Allwine meanwhile called the gathering an “occupation” and said that the demonstrators are taking good care of the area, AFP reported on Monday.

A police spokesperson said it is unclear how the police would react should protesters decide to stay.

The protests, which are part of the “Occupy D.C.” movement, emerged after a group of people on September 17 rallied in New York's financial district under the name “Occupy Wall Street,” to protest against top-level corruption, poverty as well as social inequality in the US.

According to occupytogether.org, the movement has since spread to 1,196 cities across the country.

Moreover, the movement also blames Wall Street for the economic problems faced by many in the US and has repeatedly called for an end to the war in Afghanistan and Iraq.

According to a report recently published by The New York Times, the average household income in the US after the recession has dropped even more than during the economic downturn.

The decline was described by the report as “a significant reduction in the American standard of living.”

It further suggested that the new findings could help clarify the growing mistrust that exists among US citizens towards their political system and the economic policies of authorities.
